First, the definition and function of the spring washer

In the screw industry, spring washers are also called spring washers. There are two kinds of materials, stainless steel and carbon steel. The sizes are M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M14 and M16. The reference standard for spring washers is GB/ T94.1-87 and GB94.4-85.

The spring washer can be divided into two types: internal tooth and external tooth. The internal tooth spring washer is mostly used under the screw head with small head size, which can prevent the fastener from loosening; the external tooth spring washer is mostly used under the bolt head and nut. It acts like an internal toothed spring washer to prevent loosening of fasteners such as nuts and bolts.

Second, the mold spring

In the mold, the spring is mainly used as an auxiliary power for the movable components such as the ejector plate and the row position. It cannot be used alone. Generally, a light-loaded spring is used. If the mold is large or the number of thimbles is large, a heavy-duty spring is used.

The following should be noted when selecting light load springs:

1. The distribution of the mold springs should be as symmetrical as possible.

2. The pre-compression ratio is generally 10%-15% of the free length of the spring. The larger the diameter of the spring, the smaller the pre-compression ratio is used, and the diameter is larger than the spring.

3. When using the mold ejector plate return spring, it is not measured by the preload ratio, but the preload is used. The purpose of this is to ensure the preload applied to the ejector plate with the same spring diameter. Not affected by the free length of the spring. In general, the preload is 10-15 mm.

4. The spring compression requirement is not more than 30% - 40%, the smaller the compression ratio, the longer the service life.

5. According to the space that the mold can use and the required pre-pressure to determine the diameter of the spring, try to choose a larger diameter.
