Along with the advancement of the automobile industry and the rapid development of the economy, cars have increasingly entered the homes of ordinary people. As a component that directly contacts the human body, car seats have an important impact on the safety of automobiles. A good seat structure not only improves ride comfort, but also directly relates to the safety of the occupants. The bold design of the mid-seat structure of the Changan CM9 micro-car has been carried out. The ergonomic analysis of the seat has been carried out. From the requirement of meeting the normal physiological curvature of the human spine, the health and comfort of the human body are considered. The related sitting characteristics, the design of the seat is mainly focused on the factors affecting the static comfort of the seat, that is, the matching of the seat and the size and physiological characteristics of the human body. After ergonomic evaluation, the design results are reasonable and have certain value.
Due to my own level and time constraints, there are still some unsatisfactory places in the article. In the future work and study, the seat should be further studied. There are mainly these aspects: 1, the seat pressure analysis and related experimental research; 2, the correlation between the human body characteristic curve and the seat shape and surface; 3, the seat adjustment mechanism innovation research; 4, seat color And the study of exterior color and occupant psychology.

Seat research has important and critical effects on the human body and driving safety. Although people have a long history of research on seats, the design method is still controversial. At present, the use of computers has penetrated into all walks of life. The body of the car has realized the design and processing of the computer. The research on the human body model has gradually changed from the previous two-dimensional human body model and three-dimensional model to the computer three-dimensional digital model. The geometric model of the human body can be automatically generated by the computer. I have a few points forward:

In short, the ergonomics research of car driving seats is a systematic project that needs to be applied to various advanced technologies and methods. The future of the car will surely enter everyone's family, "people-oriented design" will guide the trend of product design.
In summary, the research work in this paper lays the foundation for improving the safety and comfort of the car seat and realizing the computer-aided analysis and design of the seat. It lays the foundation for the development of the new materials used.
The research on the comfort of automobile driving seats is a problem worthy of further discussion in the ergonomic design of automobile products. In the future research, the following aspects should be paid attention to:
(1) Research on the characteristics of Chinese people's body group reflection. A few days ago, China’s evaluation criteria were based on international standards. Due to the differences among the population, it is very urgent to establish a Chinese human body model, especially a dynamic model, to study the reflection and evaluation methods of the human body subjected to multi-directional vibration.
(2) Adopt system design ideas and research methods. The general research method only takes the seat system above the car floor as the research object, does not take into account the dynamic performance of the human body, and ignores the effect of the seat dynamic comfort on the smoothness of the entire car system. Although people have begun to realize this problem and study whether the seat system is properly combined with the road grade, the tire form, and the dynamic performance of the chassis frame of the car, the established seat model is relatively simple and cannot accurately reflect the actual situation. . Therefore, it is very important to establish a detailed and operational analysis method. In recent years, China's automobile industry has entered a period of rapid development. At the same time, with the development of highways, people have put forward higher and higher requirements for vehicle safety. As the important safety component of the car, the safety of the seat has been paid more and more attention by the automotive industry. Therefore, it is necessary for China to increase investment in the development of safety seats, which is the future development direction of car seats.
