How should auditorium chairs sit so that they are comfortable?

As the venue for the event, the auditorium usually accommodates a lot of people, and auditorium chairs are the standard seats in the auditorium. So how to sit in order to maximize the comfort of auditorium chairs? This requires us to make appropriate sitting posture adjustments in the use of auditorium chairs.

1. Viewing height

Close your eyes, then gradually open your eyes, just to see the stage or the front, too high or too low will be uncomfortable, then you need to make corresponding adjustments to reduce neck muscle strain.

2. Back waist

Don't huddle in auditorium chairs when you're tired, as this can put extra pressure on your lower back and discs. Keep your hips close to the back of the chair and place a cushion to allow the back to bend slightly, so that when you are tired, your body will not huddle into a ball, and the burden on your back can be minimized.

3. Calf

With your hips against the back of the chair, see if your clenched fist can fit through the space between the back of your calf and the front of the chair. If you can't do it easily, then the chair is too deep, you need to adjust the back of the chair forward, put a cushion or change a chair.

4. Thighs

Check to see if your fingers can slide freely under the thighs, at the very front of the chair. If the space is too tight, you need to add an adjustable footrest to support your thighs. If there is a finger's width between your thighs and the front of the auditorium chair, raise the height of the chair.
