Child seats are still in a low position in the Chinese market. Almost all developed countries have regulations to regulate the use of child seats. Especially in Sweden, in 1982, legislation was enacted for children under the age of seven, and there should be safety devices for children to protect the children. At present, the use rate of such safety devices has exceeded 95%, of which 60% are children. The chair is facing backwards. On July 1, 1992, our country enacted that children under the age of 8 sitting in the front seat of a car must use a child safety seat. Three months later, the law further stipulated that all children under the age of 8 sitting in the back seat of the car must sit on the child's seat cushion and fasten their seat belts.
