What is the structural principle of the forklift?

As an efficient and versatile construction machinery, forklifts play a huge role in all aspects of national construction.     1. Power system: The forklift power system generally refers to the diesel engine system, which is an energy conversion mechanism that converts the heat energy generated by the combustion of the fuel in the cylinder into a mechanical power device. The power transmitted from the diesel engine is transmitted to the gearbox via the variable pitcher, and then the power transmission is transmitted to the front and rear drive axles through the front and rear drive axles to drive the wheels forward; the other part is set in the gearbox or the variable pitcher. The upper force interface is transmitted to a hydraulic pump (such as a variable speed pump, a steering pump, a working pump, etc.) to power the transmission system, the steering system, and the working hydraulic system.
    Second, the transmission system: the transmission components between the forklift power unit and the travel device (drive wheel) are collectively referred to as the transmission system. The function of the transmission system is to transmit the power output from the power unit to the drive wheels and other mechanisms as needed, and to resolve various contradictions between the power output characteristics of the power unit and the power demand of the traveling device. The forklift drive system mainly consists of a transmission, a front drive axle, a rear drive axle, a rear axle drive shaft, and a front axle drive shaft. Its main functions are: 1 reduce the speed and increase the torque. 2 realize the reverse movement of the forklift. 3 Interrupt the drive if necessary. 4 differential effect.
    Third, the frame: the frame is the support base of the forklift, all components on the forklift are directly or indirectly mounted on the frame, so that the entire forklift forms a whole. It supports most of the weight of the forklift and it can withstand the torque and impact loads transmitted by the various components while the forklift is driving or working.
    Fourth, work equipment and working hydraulic system
    The working device is composed of a boom, a boom cylinder, a bucket, a bucket cylinder, a rocker arm, and a tie rod. The function of the forklift hydraulic system is to control the movement of the boom and bucket. Mainly composed of working pump, multi-way reversing valve (distribution valve), double-acting safety valve, boom cylinder, rotary cylinder, hydraulic oil tank, oil filter oil pipe, etc.
    5. Steering system: Its function is to control the driving direction of the forklift. It enables the forklift to stably maintain straight travel and flexibly change the driving direction according to requirements.
