How to repair the propeller with marine accessories
1. Before welding, the cracked and cavitated parts of the blade must be polished, and the number of cracks must be polished. Dye detection should determine length and orientation.
2. Before crack welding repair, the crack should be thoroughly dug (grinded), all cracks should be removed, and the appropriate joint should be selected for welding repair. The center area to the edge should be repaired welding of blade edge cracks.
3. Before welding repair, oxides and stains in edge gaps and exposed holes should be thoroughly removed to show the metal texture.
4. Choose the appropriate joint form for cracking and breaking edge.
5. When the newly manufactured broken blade is used for C zone welding, the chemical composition B and mechanical properties test report of the newly forged welded broken blade must be approved by the tester. When welding, the blade pressure should be downward, the joint should be U-shaped or V-shaped, and should be completely welded. Welding should be carried out from the center to both sides.
