Loader Seat Experimental Principle

In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, the comfort of the loader has been improved to varying degrees. As one of the parts that are in direct contact with the operator, the vibrations generated by the loader during operation and driving are transmitted to the operator through the seat to varying degrees, thereby affecting the person's physical fatigue. So the country has given the corresponding standard to carry on the specification to the seat vibration transmission characteristic request and the experimental method.

This experimental method takes the loader as the experimental carrier and realizes the change of the seat vibration excitation by changing the working conditions of the loader. In the installation of the seat, the loader was selected as the carrier in this experiment to ensure that the seat installation method is consistent with the actual installation. In terms of motivational input, this experiment selected several typical working conditions after analyzing the possible working conditions of the loader, and realized the change of seat vibration excitation through different working conditions.
