1. Initial inspection of power seat failure

(l) Inspection of consumables First check if the fuses on the instrument panel fuse and the power seat in the fuse box are blown. If it is blown, check the circuit for shorts. After the short-circuit point is removed, the new fuse can be replaced, otherwise the fuse will be blown.

(2) Inspection of wiring Check the connection wiring between the components of the power seat for the presence or absence of a breakage and the presence or absence of insulation damage. After an abnormality is found, it should be processed in time.

5) If the horizontal movement of the power seat is slow or stuck, the misalignment or excessive dirt between the horizontal actuator and the rack may be caused, or the top plate assembly may be loose.

6) If a seat adjuster cannot move horizontally, the horizontal drive wire may be disengaged or broken, or the horizontal actuator may not work.
