Forklift seat belts, is your forklift loaded?
With the increasing use of forklift rentals, safety accidents involving forklifts have occurred from time to time. In these accidents, almost every year, related personnel are crushed, disabled, or even disabled by jumping off the forklift or being thrown by a forklift. The cause of the accident was that the forklift operator did not follow some basic principles, such as: no seat belts.
In order to ensure the safety of the seat belt, the following appearance and manual inspection are required before using the seat belt:
1. Make sure that the seat belt components are intact, free of defects, and that they are not damaged.
2. The braid has no brittle fracture, broken strands or kinks.
3. The metal parts are provided without cracks, no defects in welding, and no serious corrosion.
4. The hook and the hook of the hook are flat and the bit is flat, and the self-locking device is complete and reliable.
5. There is no obvious deviation of the lock position and the surface is flat.
6. When the seat belt is pulled down slowly by hand, the seat belt should be able to be pulled out smoothly from the winder. When pulling the seat belt violently, it should not be pulled. Otherwise, the seat belt is invalid. After using it, press the button plug to release it.
7. Remember to reset the seat belt when you get off the bus to prevent the hook from getting on and off.
