What are the car seat skeleton processes?

The car seat skeleton process is mainly composed of three parts, stamping process, welding process, and painting process, which are explained below.

1 stamping process

  The seat frame is usually made of rolled profiles or welded with steel plates and fixed directly with screws or fixed to the body by a seat adjustment mechanism. The stamping process mainly completes the raw material preparation of the sheet and pipe, as well as the sheet forming work.

The process flow of typical parts is shown in the figure below.

2 welding process

3 painting process

Finish the painting of the seat frame surface.

There are 3 types of workpieces to be coated: non-exposed coating phosphating parts, which are put into the assembly process after pre-treatment; bare parts are not black decorative parts in the interior; bare and belong to the interior decorative gray parts, The spray line enters the assembly process.
