Hydraulic cylinder assembly should be carried out in a special workshop or assembly area. Temperatures should be kept between 20 and 250 degrees Celsius, away from tuyere, dust, and cutting areas. The air should be fresh, dust-free, noise-free, and avoid direct exposure. The assembly room shall be equipped with an installation platform and sufficient station equipment, assembly turnover vehicles, lifting equipment and the following special basic equipment. Self-made hydraulic cylinder parts should be inspected for appearance quality, serious cracks or scratches, electroplating surface pores and pinholes defects should be sent for re-inspection, and minor defects should be repaired. The self-made workpiece should be carefully cleaned, the screw hole should be polished clean, the rust spot and sharp edge on the surface should be cleaned, the interface of the hole should be scraped, sanded, and the thin edge of the thread in and out of the knife repaired. In general, 1/4 turns or threads with a thickness greater than 0.5 mm should be repaired.

(3) shafting and propeller. Most ship propellers are fixed pitch or adjustable pitch propellers. A ship shafting is a device that transmits power from the main engine to the propeller. The main engine of the ship is driven by the transmission and shaft system to rotate the propeller to produce thrust, overcome the hull resistance, and make the ship move back and forth.
