The finished product surface should not have cracks, notches, slag inclusions or defects that affect the performance of the anchor, and the surface defects that do not affect its strength are allowed to be welded and repaired. The weight of the anchor head (ordinary no-rod anchor) (including the weight of the pin shaft and accessories) should not be less than 60% of the total weight of the anchor, and the deviation between the actual weight and the nominal weight of the anchor should be within the range of ±7%.

Tensile force test

On a unit of unit, according to the specified load on the approved tensile machine test, the elongation should not exceed 5% and there should be no obvious defects.

Pull and break test

Choose any anchor chain from no more than 4 chains in each batch, and cut no less than 3 chain links for test. If the breaking load is less than the prescribed breaking load, it is unqualified.

Test of windlass

The windlass should be able to twist a single anchor from 82.5m to 27.5m, with an average speed of not less than 9m/min; Quickly release the anchor chain into 2-3 times the brake, the anchor chain on the chain wheel should not slip out, chain jump and brake phenomenon; After the anchor is thrown, the chain brake should be tightened, and the ship should slow backward for a moment to check the function of the chain brake.

Rodless anchor pull two claws at the same time (flip both sides should be tested); The two anchor claws with rod anchors were tested separately. The wholesale tension load of Marine accessories shall be carried out according to the regulations. Before the test, marks should be made on the tip of the anchor hook and the anchor shackle, so as to measure the spacing before and after the test; During the test, the tension should be increased to 10% of the test load, and the spacing should be measured and recorded. Then the tension should be increased to 100% of the test load, and the tension should be gradually reduced to 10% of the test load after 5 minutes, and the spacing should be measured and recorded. The residual deformation of the rod-free anchor should not exceed 1% of the length of the standard distance, and the anchor claws should be flexible to rotate to the maximum Angle designed. The rod anchor should have no obvious residual deformation.
