The cleaning of forklifts can be divided into two ways:
1, hot wash method. After washing with an alkali solution, the solution is heated to 70 to 90 ° C, the parts are digested for 10 to 15 minutes, and then taken out, the alkali solution is rinsed with clean water, and then blown dry in a compact atmosphere. In order to prevent the aluminum alloy parts from being corroded, it is not possible to wash with a solution containing a large amount of caustic soda.
2, cold wash method. Wash with kerosene, blast, diesel or gasoline and blow dry with a tight atmosphere. The equipment required for this cleaning method is complicated and simple to operate.
One: The carbon deposit on the parts of the forklift truck is a kind of black solid oxygen, hydrogen and carbon compound composed of fuel oil and smooth oil extinguished incomplete and high temperature oxidation, synthesis and polymerization. It is gradually formed in a high temperature and high pressure environment, and is firmly attached to the outer surface of the internal combustion engine piston, cylinder liner, cylinder head and other parts, and the texture is extremely hard. It is necessary to eliminate the carbon deposits during the repair, or to ensure that the forklift can operate normally, and it is necessary to save the carbon deposits on the parts.
1. Use a scraper, blade (or bamboo), metal brush, etc. to scrape. This method of manually removing the carbon deposits is inefficient and difficult to clean, and if it is inadvertent, it will damage the parts.
2. Use chemical tips to eliminate carbon deposits. Eliminate the formula of carbon deposit solution for internal combustion engine parts. If there is no heating equipment, it can be prepared in proportion to hot water of 80-90 °C. Then, the carbon deposit of the part is immersed in the solution for 2 to 3 hours. After the carbon deposit is solidified, if the forklift parts are slightly shaken in the solution, most of the carbon deposits can be automatically collapsed, and a large amount of residual charcoal is brushed. Wipe it with a rag. Rinse with clean water and blow dry or cool in a tight atmosphere.
Two: cleaning parts. Cleaning seals for non-metallic forklift parts, etc., using alcohol, rubber parts, such as brake cups, turpentine or brake fluid. Do not use fire oil, rubber ring, hydraulic gasoline or alkaline solution to prevent swelling and deformation. Clutch friction plates and brake friction plates can not be washed with alkaline solution, brushed with a little gasoline. Cortical parts (such as oil-covered aprons, etc.) can be cleaned with a dry cloth.
