1. Malfunction or malfunction
There are several reasons and solutions:
(1) The valve plug is stuck or the valve hole is blocked. When the flow valve or directional valve spool is stuck or the valve hole is blocked, the hydraulic cylinder is prone to malfunction or malfunction. At this point, you should check the contamination of the oil; check if the dirt or colloidal deposits are stuck in the valve plug or block the valve hole; check the wear of the valve body.
(2) The piston rod is stuck with the cylinder or the hydraulic cylinder is blocked. No matter how it is operated at the moment, the hydraulic cylinder does not move or the action is slight. At this time, check whether the piston and piston rod seals are too tight, whether they enter dirt and colloidal deposits: whether the shaft line of the piston rod and the cylinder tube is aligned, and whether the wearing parts and seals are invalid.
(3) The hydraulic system control pressure is too low. The resistance in the control line may be too large, the flow valve is not properly conditioned, the control pressure is not suitable, and the pressure source is disturbed. At this point, you should check the pressure source to ensure that the pressure is adjusted to the regular value of the system.
(4) Entering air in the hydraulic system. The first priority is because there is a leak in the system. At this point, check the liquid level of the hydraulic tank, the seals and fittings on the suction side of the hydraulic pump, and whether the suction strainer is too dirty. If so, make up the hydraulic fluid, handle the seals and fittings, and clean or replace the coarse filter.
(5) The initial movement of the hydraulic cylinder is slow. In the case of low temperature, the hydraulic oil has a large viscosity and poor fluidity, which causes the hydraulic cylinder to move slowly. The improvement method is to replace the hydraulic oil with better viscosity and temperature. At low temperature, the heater can be heated by the heater or by the machine itself to improve the oil temperature at startup.
